Took two days just to find out what was wrong with our car . On the 2nd day the loaner car we had got a small rock ,that nicked the windshield.Smaller than a pea . Could of been fixed , But they said it had to be replaced ,at 700.00 My daughter Did the right thing by letting them know that a rock hit the windshield,It was so small she could of returned the car and said nothing , or had it repaired for under 100 dollars . But they charged her for a new windshield at 700 dollars , So a repair that should of been free under warranty, cost her 700 because they could not fix it on the 1st day they had it .. Joe was very rude to her .over the hole deal . More

Avoid this dealership and salesperson. Dishonest! Went to Castrucci Chevy originally where I purchased several cars. After test driving several, didn't find one that I was looking for. Looked online a Went to Castrucci Chevy originally where I purchased several cars. After test driving several, didn't find one that I was looking for. Looked online and found one at Castrucci Ford. I spoke to the Chevy salesperson and sales manager that I was working with and they made a call to the sales manager at Castrucci Ford. After test driving the car, I was interested but there several issues that made me concerned that the car was wrecked before. After making the issues known to the salesperson (John Clark), he looked online and said that the car had never been wrecked before. After promising to fix the items that concerned me, I purchased the car. After a week of no contact from the salesperson after the sale, I called and asked when was the issues going to be fixed. The salesperson scheduled a time the following week to come in to drop the car off. When I picked up the car, none of the items were addressed to my satisfaction. I decided to run a Carfax report to confirm my suspicions and it did confirm that the car was indeed wrecked before. After letting the sales person know what the Carfax report said regarding the wreck, there was no response. After three weeks of no satisfaction addressing the items with my car, I decided to go back to the Castrucci Chevy dealership where I trusted and traded the car in. I can't express my anger enough with the way I was treated by Castrucci Ford and the great way that was treated by Castrucci Chevy. I can't understand the night and day treatment that I received from two different Castrucci dealerships. Bottom line, avoid this dealership and salesperson and just go to Castrucci Chevy. More

Excellent Sales Reps My wife and I needed a larger SUV, with grand kids, and all...We had an Explorer, but it wasn't quite big enough. We went to our usual dealers near Da My wife and I needed a larger SUV, with grand kids, and all...We had an Explorer, but it wasn't quite big enough. We went to our usual dealers near Dayton, OH but they weren't very "willing to make a deal". We came across Mike C's dealership. I called just before 8 PM when they closed one evening, and Charlie took my call and didn't rush me, even though it was time for him to go home. We spoke the next day and he knew what we were looking for. We stopped at another dealer near Kings Island on the way down to Mike C, and they too seemed like they were doing me a favor for me to do business with them, much like the Dayton dealers. I called and told Charlie we were coming down. He had the perfect fit for us in the 2019 Ford Expedition Max Platinum demo that they had. We were going to purchase an extended warranty anyway, since today's vehicles are so "electronically" loaded. So the vehicle having 5000 miles on it didn't matter. It was in perfect shape. In the end, we saved almost $10,000.00 over what the other dealers wanted for a Limited version, and we purchased a Platinum, which is the higher-end model. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. It was worth the drive for us and to be treated like a "customer" was definitely something we haven't seen in a while. We will be going to this dealership from now on. Exceptionally pleasant experience. More

Vacation ruined stress levels thru the riof 4 weeks ago my new Ford escape was running rough and my check engine light was on, after almost 3 weeks Ford tells me it's fixed. I was happy and felt 4 weeks ago my new Ford escape was running rough and my check engine light was on, after almost 3 weeks Ford tells me it's fixed. I was happy and felt safe driving my repaired car to Florida on vacation. Well my car broke down and was overheating. Turns out I need a new engine which is on back order for 7 weeks. I admit after all day and many phone calls to Ford they arranged for me to rent a car to drive home. What I am not happy is Ford needs to make arrangements to have my car sent to Ohio after the new engine is installed. I cant afford 4 more days off work to pick up my car when its fords defect that caused this. I was told there are 4 2017 Ford escapes in castrucci waiting for new engines and 3 at the dealership in Florida, a quick Google search shows there is a defect in this make and model in 2017. Ford knew I was driving to Florida after the car was fixed and they want me to lose pay to come back to get it. My vacation was ruined over this drama Just to update Mike castrucci did let me know they will have my car back in Ohio when it's fixed. Thank you I appreciate it More
