I must give Mike Castrucci and his service manager, Joe, a thumbs up!! They saw a negative post that I had written and wanted to get to the bottom of it. Last wednesday, we had to drop our ford explorer off for service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck wh service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck which we absolutly fell in love with. There was a few things he didn't know about trucks in particular, so he had another sales associate (who we found out later was brought in for their "liquidation sale"), who at first was very friendly, but then once we started trying to talk prices, he wanted to run our credit before we even talked price. We were not going to let him run our credit without knowing what kinda ball park we were looking at, so we had a little bit of problems with that first. Then finally he brought a figure out that was $5,000.00 higher than the internet price. We told him this, and his reaction was "I don't care what our website says, this truck is worth $3000.00 more than what we are offering it to you at now, why would we drop it even more?". At this point we were done and walked out. The next day our original salesman called us and appologized and said his boss wanted us to come back in and talk to him, and the rest of our experience was awsome. We came back in and they worked with us and was more than willing to give us the internet pricing and worked out a payment that was comfortable. I would absolutly recommend the company, just had bad service from one guy who was brought in for that sale. They also gave us a very fair amount for our trade in. More
I went to Mike Castrucci Ford because I was in a messy situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so much back pain that I couldn't even drive it. 1 week later and only 750 miles on the vehicle, Honda told me there was nothing they could do. Jim was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. He was genuine and I could really tell that he was doing everything he could to help me get out of a bad situation. I knew I was going to take a loss and after a bit of negotiation, Jim and Bobby really came through for me and did their best to minimize it. They got me into a 2012 Ford Fusion with amazingly comfortable seats and a zillion more features than the accord. I know I will be very happy with my vehicle for the years to come. I'm very thankful that there are still people out there that really do care about the customer and just aren't in it to make a buck no matter what they have to do. I would highly recommend Mike Castrucci to anyone reading this review. See Jim Turner and he will take great care of you! More

Dan was great and comes highly recommended; very knowledgeable, understood our needs, and went to bat for us in getting a fair deal. We walked in looking for a specific car model, the Fusion S. They were sold out of all 2011 models, yet gave us competitive discount on a brand new 2012 model that just arrived on the lot. The APR was fair given the discount we were getting, and they knocked the APR down even more after we got the extended warranty. In general, they made car buying an enjoyable experience -- something I did not find from a few other dealers -- and we came away happy with the car we wanted for a fair price. More

Gordon Green, the sales rep was the best new car salesperson I have ever worked with. He was personalable, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. Hew worked with us to get the best possible vehicle for us w salesperson I have ever worked with. I would not hesitate to refer a relative or friend to him. The best part of it all, was no high pressure from him, as we had experienced with other salepersons at this dealership in times past. They charged me $117.15 to pair an ABS module with my truck. Told me my truck was done and the ABS lights were off. I went out started my truck to find the ABS lights were not off. Joe would not have his mechanic double check his work on the truck and told me to get my truck off the lot. Very poor customer service and Very Very poor service department. I will not use them again! More
