I was not sure what to expect when i went to the dealership but when I got there Glenn Knell knew exactly what was going on and helped me through the whole process making it very easy for me to choo dealership but when I got there Glenn Knell knew exactly what was going on and helped me through the whole process making it very easy for me to choose to stay with Castrucci Ford. The service I received was by far the best I had ever had. Glenn made it super easy and enjoyable! Bobby Castrucci was also a big part of why I chose to stay with Castrucci Ford because of his ability to answer my questions in a no nonsense way and his willingness to work with me. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. More

Buying a new car from this place was by far the most enjoyable purchase I've ever made, especially when buying a car. WOW... I wish I would have known when I purchased my other new vehicles. I worked with the used car sales person John Clark and he is a nice person and would do best what ever he can to get you the best deal. Issues: For me the second car key is missing and John promissed me that he will get later and mail it to me. Since the Sales manager's son miss placed the key. John has no idea how to question his boss or boss's son. he has to wait till the boss's son to be back and search for the key. But the Jerk's son is giving hard time to John to find the key. Now its more than 4 weeks over and still that stupid manager's son is not able to find the key. Now only John Clark is the one getting bad name because of his Manager's son. I HOPE JOHN WILL ONE DAY MAIL MY KEY. THANKS JOHN FOR YOUR EFFORTS. I would recomend John Clark to my friends but i unfortunately he is been controled by his jerk manager. it might affect the service John provides. So be careful. Suggestion: John, please teach your manager a lession about how to talk and costomer service since you are best at giving best services. thanks. More
After making my complaint on Dealer Rater I received an IMMEDIATE message from the owner Mike Castrucci - INNNNN MILLLFORD. Not only was I surprised but I thought that his immediate response meant that IMMEDIATE message from the owner Mike Castrucci - INNNNN MILLLFORD. Not only was I surprised but I thought that his immediate response meant that he truly cares about the customer. I may have had a bad experience but because of his contacting me and figuring out what my complaints were and how he could make the situation right made me change my mind about his dealership. I will be back to Mike Castrucci in the future. Nice job! More
BUYER BEWARE(cliff notes of bad service): it appears that Brandy and Joe have a reocurring issue with clients. They don't call and update them and the client has to call them to get the updates. We took our 2006 F350 Diesel into this shop for repair. The truck was making a whistle sound. We took it here because of convenience. Not so convenient now. Any way, they told us it was the EGR Valve, and then the EGR seal and it was never really the same thing when we asked about the work. We also had called Ford since this truck only had 57000 miles on it when it broke. Ford agreed to pay 40% of the repair which we were grateful for. Yes, this is a 6.0 which we now know has had major problems in the past. They told us that it would be fixed the next day, which it was not, then it was supposed to be ready the day after that and it was not. We finally got our vehicle back and drove it off the lot thinking everything was ok. WRONG! We got 1/2 mile down the road and it started making the sound again. We took it back. They worked on it and we picked it up the next day. About two weeks later, while hauling two horses in a little two horse bumper pull trailer, the intake hose blew. We had not driven the truck since we took it home the second time. Had the truck towed to Castrucci where they proceeded to tell me that this happens all the time? Give me a break, not a good recommendation for a FORD. They "FIXED" the hose and we took it home. Guess what, the whistle is back again. Maybe the fourth time is the charm? I'm so done with this crew but what or where can a person go when the work is under warranty? In addition to all of this, the oil stick got broke, and the heat shield is damaged too. Who knows what else got damaged by them that we cannot see or have not caught. This truck is a utility truck and not an everyday driven vehicle. We use it only around the farm and for hauling horses, tractors, and trailers. It is in no way over taxed or abused. Normal preventative maintenance is done on a schedule. I don't have a problem with Ford only this dealer. If I could find Mikes number I would call him. I have a Chevrolet from their Chevy dealership and love their service and sales. What's up with the Ford service center? Bad Diesel Mechanic maybe? Don't know but I'm tired of the excuses. (By the way Castrucci did discount the work 10% since it was never ready when they said it would be) I just wish I would have found this site prior to taking the truck in for service here. I would have taken it someplace else. Better Business and Facebook is my next stop if they can't fix it this time. More
