We spent an entire weekend going to different dealerships looking for a new truck. We found what we wanted at another Ford dealership but the salesman we were dealing with didnt want to return phone calls ap looking for a new truck. Service is grate, but when I bought a used 2010 F-150 it was dark an didn't notice that the rear tail light was busted and the bumper was dented. I went to fill up after I had purchased the truck and gave i was dark an didn't notice that the rear tail light was busted and the bumper was dented. I went to fill up after I had purchased the truck and gave it another look over in a well lit area and saw the damage. Needless to say I took the truck back told the dealer about it and the said they would fix the tail light because it was a safety hazard. When it came to the number they said there was nothing they could do. There was no car fax saying it had been in an accident so there was no proof if it came in that way or if one of the associates had done it and not reported it. End of story is they had aggressor to try and fix it but had succeeded in making it worse so now my deal is that they would pay for half of a 600 plus bumper. That's the grievance I have. Not fixing something that could have happened on their lot. More
