Took my Saturn into Mike Castrucci Chevrolet-Milford OH for service and other issues were found. Tony called and informed me what i needed done to my vehicle. Since they needed to keep my vehicle overnight they did provide one for me to drive until the repairs were complete. I had an issue with my key-less entry remotes that were very expensive to replace and through Tony and GM the key remotes were replaced at no cost to me. Usually i am very uncomfortable dealing with the service of my vehicle; however the guys and Deedee made the experience less painful. I also got an estimate on auto body repair while i was there, and intend on having Castrucci fix that problem for me also. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a service home. I called Mike Castrucci service department about my problem; consistent low tire pressure in the right rear tire and a system message about the tire pressure monitor system needing maintenance. Jim Castrucci was very helpful in describing possible reasons for the problem. He recommended that I not make an appointment for Saturday (my preference) because the problem sounded like a it could be solved with a simple computer reset which would take about 5 minutes. Jim recommended that I come in after work which I did that night. Charles greeted me at the desk after I pulled into the service bay. He had been briefed by Jim about my earlier call, so he knew of the problem. My car was immediately taken back for inspection. Just after I poured a cup of coffee, Charles came back with the news that they had found the culprit; a nail in the tire. He informed me of the process, time and cost to fix which I approved. Two hot cups of coffee and $29.29 later, I was driving away a happy customer. The last time I thought I had a nail in my tire, I stopped at Tire Discounters thinking that I'd ben in-and-out very quickly. Not so. After a long, dirty wait for the tire to be fixed I will not be returning to TD for service again. Castrucci has proven to be fast, friendly, reliable and priced right. I will definitely be back! I have been coming to this Dealership for over 10 years since I moved here from Columbus Ohio. Almost every service person knows me by name and how often I am in there for oil changes or other car repairs. since I moved here from Columbus Ohio. My car is almost 7 years old with 164,000 miles on it and I have had absolutely no work done at any other location. There are many times when I am taken out to see my car while up on the rack where they show me exactly what is wrong with my car. I have been given loaner cars on several occasions just to get back and forth to work while they work on my car. I always ask for Dee Dee as she knows that I am in the restaurant business and time is very important for me. All of the service personnel are exceptionally friendly towards me and I have referred other friends to them for service. More
i have a chevy cobalt and the power steering acted up on me so i took it to castrucci chevy who is open later than most other car lots service depts ,i think til midnight, which is very convenient for me. j me so i took it to castrucci chevy who is open later than most other car lots service depts ,i think til midnight, which is very convenient for me. jim let me know that it sounded like the recall problem that my car had been a part of, and took it in , got me a loaner car and sent me on my way . he then called me the next morning to let me know car was ready !! very friendly and very fast service that i wouldnt have gotten from anywhere else!! definately will go back!!
