I was having a problem with my 2004 Trailblazer, noise front of motor. I called Wed afternoon talked to John Whitaker, explained problem, he agreed that it could be the water pump - not positive though. H front of motor. When I got there Jim Castrucci checked the computer, everything was in order. He called a tech to the service desk, I showed him what the problem was, he agreed. Got right to work replacing water pump. I was given a car to drive home, at no charge, except for gas. I was called later that afternoon to say my Trailblazer was repaired and serviced as requested. I appreciate the attentiveness of everyone at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. More

My wife's 11 year old Chevy Trailblazer was running very rough and she asked me to get it checked out. Although Mike Castrucci Chevrolet is about 20 miles from where I live, it is worth the trip becaus very rough and she asked me to get it checked out. Although Mike Castrucci Chevrolet is about 20 miles from where I live, it is worth the trip because I know I will get courteous, professional, quality service every time I visit. On this visit, I did not have an appointment, however, the service department got my vehicle in immediately and provided a thorough diagnosis of the problem within 20 minutes. The mechanic thoroughly explained what needed to be done and listed the problems found in priority order. This allowed me to get the most important issues corrected first and to hold off on less critical items for later, which of course allowed me to save money. There was no pressure to spend the maximum amount of money possible to fix every problem found. My wife is extremely pleased with how well her car runs now and she is glad I drove the extra miles to get it fixed at Mike Castrucci. More

I had a great experience at Castrucci's. I came in for an oil change at a time I had been told it would be good to come in. I explained that I needed to have an oil change before I went out of town and I lived far enough away that I couldn't go home and come back and I was not going to be able to stay that long. Randy Cobb was at the desk doing some paperwork and he said that he was not working at that time but he would be glad to take care of my car for me. He was so kind and accommodating.
