I went in expecting all the usual double talk, that you receive from most dealers. What I got was the most friendly,and courteous, and the most professional service, I have ever seen out of a dealer. They went above and beyond to line up financing for me, that would work for me. Last time I bought a new car the other dealer bounced me back and forth trying to get the biggest bang out of my pocket book. Not the case here. They came to me right off the bat with a price that I found acceptable first time around, and payments below what I was expecting. All of the numbers added up and made sense right off the bat. Customer service wise in my opinion they are second to none. My over all experience will keep me going back to them for many years to come. Great Job Walt More

I have been a Ford owner for many years. A friend saw my face book post that I was looking at a Focus and ask me to at least sit in a new Cruze before I got the Focus. I had a great experience at Castrucci's. I came in for an oil change at a time I had been told it would be good to come in. When I came in it was too busy and I would have had to wait a couple of hours. an oil change at a time I had been told it would be good to come in. I explained that I had been told to come in at that time and DeeDee was very kind trying to explain that I should have had an appointment. I explained that I needed to have an oil change before I went out of town and I lived far enough away that I couldn't go home and come back and I was not going to be able to stay that long. Randy Cobb was at the desk doing some paperwork and he said that he was not working at that time but he would be glad to take care of my car for me. He was so kind and accommodating. That was what I call SERVICE and he genuinely seemed to care that there had been a mix up in my understanding of what I thought was an appointment. THANK YOU! More
