Not only did I buy my car at this location,I also use them for all my oil changes. Everyone is very friendly and work to get you in and out the door as fast as possible. I was having a problem with my 2004 Trailblazer, noise front of motor. I called Wed afternoon talked to John Whitaker, explained problem, he agreed that it could be the water pump - not positive though. H front of motor. When I got there Jim Castrucci checked the computer, everything was in order. He called a tech to the service desk, I showed him what the problem was, he agreed. Got right to work replacing water pump. I was given a car to drive home, at no charge, except for gas. I was called later that afternoon to say my Trailblazer was repaired and serviced as requested. I needed a dependable, easy on gas vehicle to place one that was totaled in an accident. Ron found me an onsite vehicle that fit my needs plus a payment I could live with in a surprisingly, short amount that was totaled in an accident.
