We knew we wanted to look at the Sportage when we arrived, and loved it immediately. We still had plans to drive a few others at other lots though. While we were driving Rob noticed (well, we all noticed, but Rob mentioned it immediately) a shimmy, what we figured was a flat spot in one of the tires. When we got back to the lot, Robert, the sales manager sat down with us, and just talked to us like completely normal people! No gimmicks here! He made us an offer, which we didn't want to impulsively accept, but knew that we wouldn't find better anywhere else. As we discussed our options privately, both Rob and Robert came out to take a look at the tires, and, without hesitation, both said they, being family guys, wouldn't rest easy knowing those tires weren't in great shape. Four brand new tires, and not low-end, and a fabulous price…no walking away from that! Once we agreed, we were sent over to finance with Rick, and had just as genuine an interaction.
