I contacted the salesman, Chad Roberts, a few days after the sale, explained my concern to him and wanted to “exchange” the Silverado for a new Chevy Colorado. He handled my concern without any problems: refunded in full the used truck sales price, and within mere minutes I had my new Colorado truck. These guys are honest, truthful and as I mentioned earlier, unlike any other car deal I have experienced. The sales professional that helped me with this process was Mr. Patrick Rodgers. I can't stress enough how professional Patrick was throughout the process. He made a very complicated process a breeze for my wife and I. He took time after the sale to educate my wife about the car and made sure we were comfortable driving it off the lot. He even followed up with a courtesy phone call. Just can't say enough about his professionalism in regards to all aspects of the sale.
