This dealership has a great exterior presentation of cars. The lighting is always bright and easy to see all the cars and they are kept clean. I called to check on a car I saw when I had driven by the lot the day before and got Gary Lamb on the phone. He was very friendly and quick to get all the necessary information. Gary was able to accommodate a test drive within an hour of our call. When I arrived my daughter and I were greeted politely by Gary and Ryan R.. They made us feel acknowledged and had the vehicle we had discussed ready for us to look at and test drive. In comparison to other dealerships I had been to Gary and Ryan worked as a team and it seemed less pressuring and made the process much quicker. Ryan was great and went into detail explaining all the features before we test drove the vehicle which also other dealerships had not done.
