Everyone was very friendly and nice, they made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was approved as a first time buyer! answer all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was approved as a first time buyer! More
Can't say enough good things about the dealer and specifically Jordan, Gary Lamb and Ryan. So friendly, never uncomfortable sales approach and concerned about taking care of my needs. I travel 30 mi specifically Jordan, Gary Lamb and Ryan. So friendly, never uncomfortable sales approach and concerned about taking care of my needs. I travel 30 min and pass many Chevy dealers to get my service and now my second car from Mike Castrucci. More
This was a good vehicle buying experience, and I bought out of state which can be nerve wracking. Easy to get a long :) test drive, and they will work with you so you can have the vehicle for the time you out of state which can be nerve wracking. Easy to get a long :) test drive, and they will work with you so you can have the vehicle for the time you need to have it looked at by a mechanic. Personally I do that with every vehicle and if a dealer says no I don't even bother with them because I assume they are trying to hide something. I didn't get that feeling at this dealership at all. It is tough to negotiate car prices these days, but Gary came down some hundreds to cover the important work found in that inspection which I really appreciated. You never know about dealer fees, I was seeing $650-$850+ paperwork (and other) fees at most dealers. This dealership beat that by a long shot. Nothing any of us can do about the taxes :(, however they honored my request to keep taxes off the purchase. I get 30 days to register the vehicle and pay those taxes in my state, didn't have to be collected by the dealer but sometimes the dealers don't give you a choice. Ryan and Jordan kept me company during the waiting times and were very nice people. Everybody has been around to field my questions and concerns and offer advice, and have even checked in with me on their own without any prompting from me. For the record I had no problems with the vehicle driving back to my state and that was a long drive. I've taken the vehicle to my local mechanic and everything is in good shape. Thank you for everything, I love this 2023 Dodge Charger GT. If only they would keep making them! More
I have been working on a deal like the one at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet for several months, but almost all of them with apparent "dealer discounts" wanted to charge me some type of "dealer fee" for buy Castrucci Chevrolet for several months, but almost all of them with apparent "dealer discounts" wanted to charge me some type of "dealer fee" for buying at their dealership. Some of them were as high as almost $4,000. Since Mike Castrucci did not have any fees like this, they earned my business and have been a pleaser to work with - especially Hunter. More

Gary Lamb, Ryan Rege, Richard Wilbur and Mike Green went above and beyond to get me into a Jeep Wrangler that I had been looking for, for a very long time. They got me an amazing deal on my trade and worked above and beyond to get me into a Jeep Wrangler that I had been looking for, for a very long time. They got me an amazing deal on my trade and worked out the payment in the exact budget that I needed in less than 30 minutes! I would 10/10 recommend working with these top rated professionals if you are in the market and I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else EVER!! Thank you all again. More
I've been a customer of Mike Castrucci Chevrolet for years, I've purchased two cars from them and brought them in for services whenever needed. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to their years, I've purchased two cars from them and brought them in for services whenever needed. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to their body shop and get an oil change while I was at it. And that was my big mistake. I pick up my car and immediately it's misfiring and clearly not hitting on all cylinders, It's happening as soon as I'm driving the car and I wonder how the oil changed missed this and why this didn't start until I brought my car to them for service. Bring the car back the next day and I'm told spark plugs need to be replaced along with a couple of issues and it's another $400+. Okay, it still feels weird that this wasn't happening when I dropped it off, but fine. I'm not going to fight this. Pick up the car and before I hit the highway, the problem is still there. Yet again, the problem is still there and no one test drove my car before declaring it fixed. Bring the car back again, and get stuck in a giant truck for a loaner. They let me know I can swap out the truck loaner for an EV, and that makes dealing with all this a little better. I return the truck and eventually get billed for being a quarter of a tank short on drop off. Get a call the problem is a chip that's bad. Suddenly went bad while they had it for two weeks, but again, I can't prove this so I'm not going to argue that with the guy. Come to pick up my car and I ask to take it for a test drive before I pay my bill. I get in the car, and despite giving it to them with over half a tank, my care is so hard into empty, I have to gas it up before I can test drive it. Upon pointing out I got charged for a quarter tank of gas and then get my car back on empty being the cherry on top of this multi-week xxxx show. Service desk (Tyler) tries to defend not finding the issue and giving me the car back still broken, and then giving it back to me on empty saying "I have no way to put gas in a car." I'm beyond disappointed in the service department. Between putting gas in a giant truck for five days and then needing to put gas in my car just to test drive it, I"m out over $700 for a problem that did not exist until the car was in their hands. Unless something big changes here, I'm done with this dealership and I'll be buying my next car from a better Chevy dealer. More
