We let him know that we were coming to see the car and he had it all detailed and cleaned up. We were very impressed with is service and he even stayed late so we could leave with the car. Mike from the finance department also worked very quickly to get us the best deal possible on loans/interest! More

One stop shop I couldn't ask for a better salesman. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. Good home town dealership :Friendly sales people. Friendly finance people. I started out being upset because the dealership presented me the contract with just $100 for my trad :Friendly sales people. Friendly finance people. I started out being upset because the dealership presented me the contract with just $100 for my trade in. Yes, my trade my looked bad, but any other dealer would have given me $500.00 for it because it had a current inspection sticker, brand new tires, and ran perfectly. A friend had previously offered me $500.00 for it to be used in a Demolishin Derby but the Mike Camlin sales person said $100 was all they could give me. And another thing, what seems to be small grew into a big problem. My situation involved me calling in and all my calls being transferred to somebody's non-attended phone/answering machine. I wasn't receiving a call back, just left hanging for three days, thinking they didn't want to help me with my problem.. These calls are called " blind transfers" and blind transfers are prohibited in the company I worked for. With the telephone technology that is available today, the answering employee should tell the caller to hold on while he checks (calls) to find out if the requested employee is available to take the call. If the requested employee isn't available, the first employee should ask the caller if he/she prefers to leave a message or do they want to talk to a live person.. A call should never be left in an answering machine during working hours unless the caller gives permission. I was unaware that the person who I was calling was off for a few days. When I became aware of that, the employees bent over backwards to help me in that situation, so I am giving them five stars. More

I drive from Pittsburgh and pass a lot of places that sell and service cars however, this one is clearly my favorite! It is worth the drive for the customer service that they offer.
