Lou was very sweet, friendly and patient with us. We never felt pressured. This was our first true car buying experience and even with all the research we've done, we were still left with a lot of questions and he helped guide us just like he would a family member. We were able to get a new Santa Fe at an amazing price and couldn't be happier with our purchase! More
