Awful Sales Experience I stopped in at Hyundai of Greensburg today to start pricing cars for when I come back from basic training this December. I was looking at a Hyundai G I stopped in at Hyundai of Greensburg today to start pricing cars for when I come back from basic training this December. I was looking at a Hyundai Genesis coupe when one of the salesmen (Frank). When I asked to open the car to take a look inside he proceeded to question me about if I was even going to be able to afford the car. I told him if the payments were where they should be then yes I could afford it. He then asked if I would be getting payed enough to maintain the vehicle. Again I told him yes because I'm in the Air Force and a car is one of my only expenses. Also throughout the course of my horrible experience at the dealership, Frank continued to ask about my finances and when I told him about another dealership near buy offering the same car for 3K cheaper he told me that he didn't know if he could match that price or even come extremely close to that number. Overall I felt belittled, and sized up straight from the beginning just because I am only 19 years old and I was looking to buy my first new car. I will never go back to Hyundai of Greensburg again. Congrats to Frank for losing my buainess. More

Diligent It took awhile for Hyundai of Gbg to locate the vehicle with the features (color,tow pkg,moonroof,etc) I wanted. DO NOT TRUST I purchased a used vehicle that I was assured to have been "Checked Over" by their competent staff, only to learn a week later that the front suspensi I purchased a used vehicle that I was assured to have been "Checked Over" by their competent staff, only to learn a week later that the front suspension control arms needed to be replaced ($700), and the AC Compressor needed to be replaced ($1000). When I asked for support to address these issues I was promptly reminded that the vehicle was sold "AS-IS". No Support was provided. Either the car was not checked, or the staff didn't identify these issues with the car before selling the vehicle. While those 2 issues are bad enough, the lack of support after the problems were identified was the worst. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. More
