Never again The only good thing about my experience was my salesperson Dan. He was very nice and helpful. Other than that the management there is awful. The finical manager Valerie is a pushy, loud,rude and extremely unprofessional. They tried to sneak 3,000 dollars worth of charges on me that wasn't agreed to. Instead of it being handled calmly and professional she screamed and pranced around like an idiot. Had to walk out on my deal after spending 6 hours there for nothing!! I ended up purchasing the car the next day after speaking with someone else. Still ended up paying xxxxxxxx charges of extras that I didnt agree too. Then! It became time for my first oil change and the lady there in service gave me a hard time! Drove all the way out the for nothing because they didn't have the information! Not my fault! Another waste! Then I email the managers and guess what they offer me for all these headaches? They offer a sorry and a tank of gas!!! Are you serious? I will never recommend anyone to go here! I should of went somewhere else after the first time walking out! More
