Every single time I call, it’s a different story as to why the car still isn’t ready. First the blame was on the insurance company. I got the insurance company together and they did their part, then all of a sudden it was something else. Long story short, I’m not happy. I brought my car here with so much hope and expectation that since I bought it from here they would provide excellent customer service. But I was wrong. I should have selected a car repair shop on the approved list for my insurance company. More
