When I arrived at the dealership he already had the car pulled up to test drive. The process was very streamlined and Douglas was amazing. I try to avoid dealerships and salespeople in general but the level of customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I was able to get a car that I'm so happy with, he even listened when I complained about car notes and got me a very low payment. Although there are some unforeseen circumstances that prolonged the ETA of the vehicle, she still managed to go above and beyond and update me whenever I ask her queries about the vehicle.
