Customer Service Phone Failure. Customer service is a dying art, if you could give your staff the pride of ownership to problem solve and help the customer get the service they need. Customer service is a dying art, if you could give your staff the pride of ownership to problem solve and help the customer get the service they need. It would elevate the experience. I needed an answer regarding eta of my car service, it turned into a back and forth, I can’t help you, managers not on the floor, service is on lunch, etc. More importantly, there was zero interest in helping me solve my issues regarding servicing my car and my time constraints. I was clearly annoying the woman on the phone who’s job it is to help me. Terrible. The service department is always solid. The customer service call center needs some improvement. More
