These guys cheat the customers and get the contracts signed. The explanation is not fair. They dont respond to calls. They add warranties and other stuff without informing and miscommunicating. Purchase a Camry from Mike Calvert on Dec 23 and while financing the car they have told me that if you purchase bumper to bumper warranty for your car you will receive a complementary 2 year maintenance financing the car they have told me that if you purchase bumper to bumper warranty for your car you will receive a complementary 2 year maintenance package. I just realized when I went over there for my first service I don't have 2 year maintenance package plan the dealership told me that you have to buy it. So I don't recommend this dealership. More

Came here for rear end collision repair: 1) In my view, the car model badge that was removed for the repair is installed back on crooked. This was pointed out to the dealer rep upon picking up vehicl view, the car model badge that was removed for the repair is installed back on crooked. This was pointed out to the dealer rep upon picking up vehicle but they didn't do anything to alleviate my concerns e.g. put a bubble level or something to objectively indicate to customer that look its ok. I was basically told to accept as is. 2) I called 3 times on the day of pickup and I was advised to call by the dealer so that they can have my car ready/cleaned and yet it wasn't cleaned. I gave the dealer car cleaned inside and out so they could unobstructed visualize and repair the damage. Dealer returned the car to me substantially dirty to the extent that I couldn't even inspect repair paint quality. 3) Both driver and passenger side front floor mats were missing (no paper protectors even). Dealer rep didn't point this out, customer has to point this out! Something that should've been caught during post repair inspection prior to returning vehicle to customer smh. I was told to drive away without mats. Come back next time when manager is here and we can see what to do about missing mats. I assume I'm not going to get my floors shampooed by the dealer or anything that are now prone to dirtying thanks to having to drive around with missing mats, prove me wrong next time I'm there dealer. 4) There is considerable amount of dust inside the vehicle, no explanation was provided for this by the dealer rep, even when asked. I can only hypothesize that they left window(s) open for extended amount of time. Visibly high amount of dust/pollen penetrated in door handrest fabric and alike porous surfaces, that I don't think will come out from simple dusting or vacuuming. Dust in cup holders, on dashboard, AC vents, behind steering wheel/instrument cluster area, multi media display area. Now I get to drive around this dirty and pollen filled car on Friday evening and weekend. Pollen allergy any passenger? RIP. 5) AC blowing air has been making noise. I'm afraid something went inside the vents or something whilst during repair window(s)/door(s) were left open that also led to aforementioned dust accumulation. I'm afraid finding what/where something may've entered and reached by now in AC ducts isn't going to be cheap job, having to take things apart, and that this is something I'm going to have to foot cost of, for no fault of my own :( 6) The dealer used to provide transportation to nearby areas, even for <$100 routine service maintenance but for this thousands of dollars job, no ride was offered by the dealership, despite asked. In summary it didn't feel like full service dealer, having just been paid thousands of dollars, kind of job due to the poor experience, felt like I went to some discount shop. No reimbursement of any amount or a comped scheduled maintenance was offered to earn the trust back/make things right, not to mention to a customer who has gotten ALL the services on this car done at this dealership exclusively.
