Sales Manager Fails to Keep His Word Sales Manager, Timmy Rozier failed to fulfill his promise to provide the second key for a used 2008 Taurus Limited we purchased for my fiancé. On two Sales Manager, Timmy Rozier failed to fulfill his promise to provide the second key for a used 2008 Taurus Limited we purchased for my fiancé. On two separate calls he said he'd contact me regarding the key and failed both times to say whether we will get the key or that it may even be unavailable. The first indicator to walk was that the salesman, Cass, who was great to work with, met my initial price, but the manager, Tim Rozier disallowed and changed the sale price. The mistake I made was bringing my fiancé..., for she really wanted the car so I did the deal for a little more than my offer. Found a few days later that Cass no longer worked there when I called to inquire and indicate we hadn't received the key in the mail yet. This dealer probably doesn't need my business but I certainly don't need them either, all things considered. In my experience, this is just another sales-driven dealership who is somewhat short on integrity of service for everyone. More
