Attitude is everything and I have normally taken my car to the dealership in Florida where I purchased it. On every occasion they have been extremely polite and energetic. Happy to see you no matter what business we had with them. Very professional in attitude and dress. When I picked up the car from your dealership I wasn't even told where to find it in the parking lot. I have never felt welcome at your dealership and every time I hope it will be better. I do respect your mechanics much better then another local dealer but I hate to go anywhere if I feel am just a bother and taking up your time. I was proud to see the selection growth at the dealership and wish you well but a change in attitude and a smile goes a long way when customers consider making a purchase for their new ride. More

I took my truck in to have it worked on. I left it with the dealer. They didn’t check engine light. They just pulled it out from where electric parked in the lot and told me they couldn’t do I left it with the dealer. They didn’t check engine light. The only thing was wrong with it I told him I needed a number two glue plug changed out and the real pressure system checked, and they didn’t do it so you don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to a Ford dealership again I wouldn’t take nothing or recommend even want to take anything to him. I never been so treated so sorry and all of my life at a dealership when I owned their product and I will never buy another Ford product long as I live. More
