The owner does not look over the service department, and has no clue what is going on until a complaint is made, only then will he return your call. Only tells you after he gets your money that he had to work on the vehicle because the certified tech was off. To top that off, they had my vehicle for 3 days and when I got it back 10 miles down the road, check engine light comes back on and service manage tells me it's the converter and to just have someone cut it off and put a pipe in it. To sum it up, his shade tree mechanizing cost me over 600 to get it back running again. Have called GMC and filled a formal complaint. And if you do take your vehicle there, please remove your K&N air filter or they will, without asking and replace it with a 25.00 cheapy. Just a little FYI to anyone who would rather not get ripped off. God Bless! More
