Had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. Initially, the service advisor Nicole provided false information about being unable to access my service details. Upon my visit, service department. Initially, the service advisor Nicole provided false information about being unable to access my service details. Upon my visit, she greeted me coldly and disputed the quoted price, despite it being clearly written on my paperwork. After a lengthy wait for a tire replacement, the overall service was unsatisfactory. Considering this, I won't be recommending this dealership and will opt for Hardy Chevrolet in the future. More
Horrible I bought the car the 10th of Nov it supposed to have been serviced the 6th of Nov. I had to have oil; changed in less .than a month When it was changed it was so black. It was never serviced just topped off. when I went to service dept manager was out, shop foreman out. The guy at the desk told me i could drive to i-20- and back and it would be just as black. Red Flag ! Nothing was explained to me! No car Manuel in car had to get them to order one. Wiper on the back rubber peeling off. Salesman just tucked it under like nothing. I would never recommend them..They want to sell cars any way the can.in any condition. More
Never in my life have I experienced so much poor customer service. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I needed paperwork for my GAP insurance for my claim and they out right refused!!! Because of their actions they’ve cost me $1200 which is the balance of my car loan. I bought GAP insurance just for this purpose and now they’re refusing to submit paperwork that will give me a zero balance!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More
