i scheduled a recall appointment 20 days in advance. when i got to the dealer ship they were more than happy to sign me in. what they failed to do is tell me that they DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS to replace when i got to the dealer ship they were more than happy to sign me in. what they failed to do is tell me that they DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS to replace the GM recall. i drove 45 minutes dropped off my truck it sat their for two days because i didn't have means to get back to the dealership. once i got their they told me they couldn't fix due to lack of parts. how do you thin i feel about this dealer ship service department. you asked for this review More

Took my 2024 Silverado in for it's first complimentary service! I was in and out in about an hour, even on a busy Friday afternoon. The staff was helpful and made everything very easy.
