It was my last free oil change after purchasing the vehicle from M Bell, obviously, I will now go to 1 of those cheaper quicker drive through oil changes. NEVER, after the superior service I received a vehicle from M Bell, obviously, I will now go to 1 of those cheaper quicker drive through oil changes. NEVER, after the superior service I received at M Bell, the service combined with the knowledge a GM certified mechanic was working on my truck removed any inclinations about going elsewhere. Every Chevy service department should ascertain to set the bar as high as MBell service department has, unequivocally the best related to all facets, trust, promptness, friendly, etc. Thank you More

The service department is no good in the communication department. My truck has been there about a week and not have any communication about it. I have called several times about it and they tell me that department. My truck has been there about a week and not have any communication about it. I have called several times about it and they tell me that my service advisor will call back. I called them 3 times on 8-23. 6 times on 8-24 with no response. I called on 8-26 to talk with some one and still no call back. It's just a simple phone call. I will just need to go down there and talk with someone. As I'm reading through the reviews on Google there seems to be a common issue with the service department not communicating with the customers. More
