Great experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Ford I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Fusion from Mike Bass Ford. Paul Lawson was my sales associate, and I can't say enough about the excellen I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Fusion from Mike Bass Ford. Paul Lawson was my sales associate, and I can't say enough about the excellent service he provided. He was very professional, honest and generous with his time and information. When I first inspected the Fusion, I noticed some sidewall damage on one of the car's front tires (probably caused by a pothole). Paul immediately took the car to the tire shop at Mike Bass Ford, and within minutes, he told me they were replacing both front tires on the car. I drove two hours from Michigan to purchase my car, and thanks to Paul Lawson and the team at Mike Bass Ford, I'm very happy I did. I'll be back. More
Rip a single sick mother off I bought a fusion out right, do to having surgery. They promise was a great car. Not even a week, transmission felt like it was slipping. He wants to work with your needs in a vehicle and goes above and beyond to help you with your financial situation he is out to make each person comfortable and 100% happy in their purchase. Most importantly he looks at safety and getting the best vehicle with what you want and comfortable in spending. I referred my mother to him and she is scared of salesmen and said he is the kindest,honest,and most caring salesmen I have meet and my sister is looking at a vehicle with him too. So NEED A NEW/ USED VEHICLE TALK TO DAVE G. (used car) won't be disappointed I now live in n.c and will get another vehicle from him again it's worth it More
bad experience never again well I actually went through some of what some of the other people have went through. I went in for a 2010 ford escape and found out the same day that well I actually went through some of what some of the other people have went through. I went in for a 2010 ford escape and found out the same day that the battery was dead so they salesman (bryan)gave me a loaner that was the only nice part. When i came back to return the loaner car i went to start the car and the heater didn't work so i told them and i had to get the loaner car again so it can be fixed. then i explained i did not want the 2010 ford escape and he stated that he will see what we can do about getting into a regular car but so far no call back so i started calling to find out whats going on but no response they were ignoring my phone calls. i also have another vehicle but from JD Byrider and I know they are expensive but they have good quality cars and they don't ignore a customers call or pass the buck. So far it has been a few days and still no answer so there won't be a next time after this truck is paid off from them because i am in a contract so this will be the very very very last time and only time because i will never go back to this place and i would never recommend anyone to go to this place. More
"As Is" shouldn't mean unsafe! My wife recently purchased a 2005 Ford Torus from this company. After driving in the rain a few times we noticed the engine running extremely rough. We took the vehicle to our local (trusted) mechanic. We were surprised to here there was over $1,000 worth of repairs needed to make the vehicle safe. I attempted to contact the Manager of Used Cars to negotiate some type of remediation. Apparently he wasn't available and I left a message. No reply to my message. I tried again the next day, left another message. No Reply. I tried later the same day. Again no reply. The 3rd day I quarried their on-line Chat Operator. After explaining my concerns, she assured me some one would get back to me. Day 4; the salesperson that sold my wife the care emailed a one line phrase... "This is the first that I have heard". Still no reply from the Manager. Finally, on day 5, I received a call from Ken. The Manager of used cars. I attempted to explain the situation (which was made difficult by his constant interruption and denial of responsibility.) Bottom line, in his estimation, "the car was marked as is" covers all my complaints. And by the way, he mentioned, if I had brought the vehicle in for the repairs, he "might" have been able to help me. Like I had some way of knowing that the roader cap had multiple fractures and the plugs and wires were the originals from 2005! That the tie rod was totally shot and the rear tires had the belts protruding. Or that I would notice the hole in the muffler or the hole in the flex pipe that connects to the engine manifold. In my humble opinion, all of these potential hazards should have been caught in a safety check. And how does a vehicle with fouled plugs and multiple holes in the exhaust system pass the e-check? Mike Bass Ford claims it did. So, buyer forewarned, buyer beware. Mike Bass Ford doesn't play fare. More

AND SPARK PLUGS. AND CHECK FLUIDS OIL WAS NOT ADDED WHICH WAS LOW ASKED FOR OLD PLUGS AND WSS TOLD ACCIDENTLY THREW THEM OUT. WERE THEY EVEN CHANGED?????????????? IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE I WOULD. Promised free oil changes but didn't deliver Avoid this dealership at all costs. Tried tacking 500$ VIN etching onto car. Then failed to deliver on promise on oil changes.
