Incompetence and deceit Being a first time car buyer I was pretty nervous hearing all the stories about shady car dealerships. Well I can say without a doubt that dealing with Mike Bass Ford has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. After making an appointment to see Tyler Gentry I walked into the dealership to find two guys sitting at their desks just talking and hanging out. Totally ignoring me, I walk up to them and tell them I have an appointment to see Tyler. They point in a direction and tell me to take a right down the hall. I walk into an office with a guy sitting at a desk. He introduced himself as Tyler, and we chatted for a bit about what kind of car I was looking for and how much I could afford. I filled out some paperwork to get the financing process started. After a lengthy several hour process and a couple test drives I purchased a car at $20 more than my maximum amount I wanted to pay. At this point I was hungry, frustrated, and anxious to just get this over with. I assumed every dealership is probably like this and I don't want to go through this process again so I thought I should just buy it and be done. Once I got home I noticed one of my car floor mats was missing, I told Tyler about this and he seemed kinda annoyed but said he would get a replacement in a few days and he would call me when they get it. Never received a call back about that. I decided to take a longer trip with my car last week and it broke down on the side of the turnpike. I had to get it towed and get an Uber to take me the remaining 100 miles home($248.98 in out of pocket expenses) I haven't even made the first payment on this car and its already having issues. Every time I have called them it takes at least 10 minutes to get through to anyone and nobody can ever seem to find Tyler when I ask for him, or I get transferred to the wrong desk. So far my first car buying experience has been awful and I only expect it to get worse from here :( More

Excellent customer service I just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff (Diane) was with my recall. The work was so quick & they are very efficient. I unfortunately went to 3 different Ford dealerships to get the recall done, everyone of them said they had to order the parts. Not sure why each of those dealers didn’t have the parts in stock being the fact it was a recall? With that being said I will be coming back to Mike Bass Ford for future work & would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. More
