LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR OUR VEHICLE TO BE DROPPED OFF BRIGHT AND EARLY ON FRIDAY AND THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. WE HAD TO CALL ON TUESDAY FOR A UPDATE. AT THAT TIME THEY STARTED SAYING THINGS WERE GOING TO COST US, ABOVE WHAT WE HAD AGREED TO AND WHEN WE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH FORD. I THINK THEY JUST HADN'T GOTTEN TO THAT YET AND NEEDED AN EXCUSE NOT TO DO IT.. SO I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Hours later after 4 attempts to call the service dept with no answer I went and picked up my truck which was sitti while my truck was being serviced. Not satisfied at all! Will never purchase from Mike Bass again due to service Dept and manager John. I was told I needed brake pads and rotors when I felt nothing was wrong with my breaks.
