Called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, provided the year, make and model of my vehicle. I was quoted at $79.99. My complaint is with the oil change service that is located at Mike Bass , In my opinion they should be shut down . I have a 2014 F-150 that I have taken in for oil changes there since new . The last time that I took it in I had to wait for three hours when I had an appoint ment that they promised me a 45 min wait . I just took it back today and left it there for a tire rotation . They gave me a song and dance about the lug nuts being swollen and that they could not guarantee that they could get them back on . My only option was to purchase new lug nuts for $169.00 . Needless to say I will NEVER return to that rathole for any oil changes or tires etc . More
My mother had an oil changed on her car (Ford 500) in May. About two weeks ago, the light came on that her oil life was 0%. She took her car in today (12/14). There's no way she needed the oil changed, since she had it changed 7 months ago!! They clearly took advantage of a 77 year old woman. This review is not a reflection on the sales department or Ford vehicles. My problem is with the service department, they did a recall service for my windshield of my 2022 ranger and oil service. My truck was filthy inside and out from the debris from cutting the windshield out and installing it. I can't believe that they returned it to me in that condition! I have to say.. My salesman ( James Patten ) is amazing. You tell him what you want and he searches till he finds everything in your check list. Mike Bass Ford is the best dealership HANDS DOWN!!!
