Love my Rogue... I was just searching the internet, not really sure if I wanted to buy a new car yet. When I got back from vacation Joe contacted me just to see how things were going. I had other salesmen from different dealerships emailing me also, but Joe was very pleasant and not pushy at all!! When I went to Mike Barney Nissan everyone there was really nice!! Joe was very helpful with everything and I did not feel pressured at all!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!! horrendous customer service when I asked them to fix what they promised to fix I had to file a complaint with the BBB and also isn't it ironic that they can pick and cho service when I asked them to fix what they promised to fix I had to file a complaint with the BBB and also isn't it ironic that they can pick and choose which "ratings" they post because of their interpretation of "why" the rating was given - typical marketing ploy to increase their rating average. I enjoyed my experience with Barney Nissan and Joe quite a bit. He was very friendly and went above and beyond his duties to help me out. Kept in contact with me throughout the process and was prompt in res a bit. He was very friendly and went above and beyond his duties to help me out. After I bought the car, he even stopped by my house and helped me get the plates off my old car so I could return them to the DMV. Everyone at the dealership was super nice. I love the car I got and I think I got a great price and terrific service. Would definitely recommend the brand and the dealership to anyone thinking about buying a car. More

Their salesman (Eric Johannesen) was so rude, and finally when I asked him to give me a quote for the Niss Worst customer service in the universe!!!! Their salesman (Eric Johannesen) was so rude, and finally when I asked him to give me a quote for the Nissan Rogue, his answer was "it will take a lot of effort, go shop around and call me when you're ready". When I asked to see the sales manager (Terry Riorden), he refused to see me, and when I insisted, he came out of his office saying "Thats how we train our salesmen to do business, and we dont aim to please everyone or sell our cars to anyone"!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I spoke to some of my friends and other dealerships about this, they were not surprised, apparently Nissan Mike Barney are notorious for that!!!! More

Joe was friendly and pleasant all through and seemed like someone I could trust and rely on for good after-sales service as well. He also worked closely with his manager to get me a price that I was satisfied with. In general, it was always pleasant to visit the dealership because of the wonderful ambience they maintain and the complimentary services offered to customers. When I'm ready for my next Nissan in a couple of years, I will definitely go back to Mike Barney! More

I needed an inspection (It was very close to the end of the month and I needed it VERY quic Nissan recently and wanted to share it and say THANK YOU! I needed an inspection (It was very close to the end of the month and I needed it VERY quickly!) and an oil change. Tony, one of the service advisors, was very accommodating with my schedule and understood the urgency. When I brought my Sentra in, Craig Junior was efficient with the paperwork. I was in and out of the service waiting area in no time. I hardly had time to finish my coffee (which was fresh, by the way). I did finish the cookie though. I purchased my vehicle here and could certainly take it elsewhere for basic service like this, especially since I live nearly 30 miles away, but I wouldn’t even consider that. I always have a good experience at Mike Barney Nissan. I highly recommend this dealership not only for sales, but for service too. More
