Al was a terrific salesman and had great customer service overall. My original price for the lease was 293 something. After a little haggling he was able to knock it down to 242 for me. I strolled into Mike Barney one evening on a whim after another dealer sold a vehicle I was due to purchase right out from under me (literally). I walked in the door and stood there for a moment obviously another dealer sold a vehicle I was due to purchase right out from under me (literally). I walked in the door and stood there for a moment obviously not knowing my way around and was intercepted by Frank Damon. Two days later I rolled out of there with a great vehicle with an equally great price. I haven't purchased a new car in many years and the experience I had at the previously unnamed dealership created a very distrustful, unhappy, and cynical buyer. At least that's who met Frank that evening. The guy who left was not him. One thing is certain; any company IS the person who you deal with first and Frank set the stage. This group of people created the most pleasurable buying experience I've ever had in my life with regard to ANY product. Where I work we refer to this as a "WOW" moment and in this day and age there aren't many. I will continue to do business with this group of individuals for many years to come and will not stop offering them up as the ONLY place to buy a vehicle! More

We were treated exceptionally from the moment we walked into the dealership until we took our new car home. Chris Kivi went out of his way to make sure that we got the car we wanted at an outstanding price. I saw a car on the lot that got my interest. Looked at it on a few Sunday evenings, then decided it was worth visiting the dealer (my first time at this dealership). Found the atmosphere somewhat peaceful - not 10 guys running in all directions or 8 people wishing they had a customer to pounce on. At first I couldn't do the deal, but we worked and came up with a win-win number I could afford, at my pace. Bought the car. Service allowed me to look at some of the shop manuals; parts people were always helpful with my questions. After 10,000 mi & a few autocross races, no problems! More
My sales rep was very friendly, courteous and respectful of what I was interested in as well as my time. As it happened, she had called the day before I had a service appointment for my 2010 Rogue to let m of what I was interested in as well as my time. As it happened, she had called the day before I had a service appointment for my 2010 Rogue to let me know about an early lease opt-out promotion from Nissan. So, I stopped in to see her while my car was being serviced and, since I was in a rush, probably spent not much more than 20 minutes discussing my needs and even checking out a new Rogue on the lot that she thought I might like. The one she showed me had all my requirements plus a few extras. She got back to me the next day with some figures and several options. I ended up leasing my third Rogue from Mike Barney. Did I get a great Deal? I'm one of those people who hates the process of buying a new car because I don't feel very savy, but I was pleased and think it was a fair deal. Oh, Mike Barney did a really classy thing, too. They picked up the tab for the servicing that day, even though I had not yet committed to buying a new car. More
