Dealership was clean pleasent and bright.When dealing withFrank he asked if i knew what i was looking for and would be happy to show me whatever i wanted and to ask him any question. After i saw the car i wanted he was quick to give me good pricing and willing to make any sale. Frank on several time asked if i wanted anything coffee,pop,and water.The expience was very good and not hight pressure. The next day I brought my daughter back to by the same car from Frank. I had bought 2 Rouges from Cappelino Nissan in lookport anr when I went to buy a new one from them i recieved the good ole i"ll go high you go low. Totaly great expiernce at Mike Barney More
My daughter totaled her Hyundai Tucson and decided on a Nissan Rogue. We went to Mike Barney to look around...she found a used 2009 Rogue she liked. James Hartz was our sales guy and was very helpful and Nissan Rogue. We went to Mike Barney to look around...she found a used 2009 Rogue she liked. James Hartz was our sales guy and was very helpful and accommodating. We quickly agreed on a price and arranged financing with Tracy. My husband commented that this was the best buying experience he has ever had in purchasing a vehicle. This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased in the last 5 years. My daughter picked up the vehicle and drove it home...she went out to the vehicle about 30 min after arriving home and the vehicle would not start. It was approx 9:30PM when this occurred, she called Mike Barney immediately, they send JR out to try to start the vehicle...he couldn't get it going. He took the keys, offered to take her back to the dealership for a loaner to use and told her someone would be out in the morning to try to start the vehicle. They were there bright & early, got the Rogue started, drove it to Mike Barney and discovered a blown fuse...repaired it and had it back at her house in no time. This is the true meaning of customer service...they did everything they could to make this inconvenience as painless as possible. Steve worked hard to get me the car and the options I wanted. The finance team did a very good job for me as well getting me the rate I wanted. I also have purchased two accessories for my car which went very smoothly. About two weeks after I purchased the car I noticed I was losing pressure in my rear back right tire. I took it to them thinking it was a defect in the stem, but in fact I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free for me. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Mike Barney. More

After visiting a number of dealers and getting kind of discouraged about the car-buying process, my visit to Mike Barney changed everything. Everyone says they want to earn your business, but these guys discouraged about the car-buying process, my visit to Mike Barney changed everything. Everyone says they want to earn your business, but these guys actually did it. They came up with a very reasonable price for my 2012 Frontier in a short amount of time. Even though I'm a recent college grad with minimal credit history, they worked hard to get me approved at a great rate. Frank was very polite and professional. He answered all of our questions and assisted us in determining the best financing to get the biggest rebates. The only thing I will say is when we picked up our ca of our questions and assisted us in determining the best financing to get the biggest rebates. The only thing I will say is when we picked up our car that we had an appointment and it took 1 1/2 hrs before we actually got to the paperwork. I know Frank got busy but others were standing around not busy and could of step up a little sooner to assist us. Otherwise Frank was able to go over all the features of the car and again he did a great job. I love my car. Thank you More
