The best dealership I've visited easily I visited quite a few dealerships before finding Mike Anderson Chevy. Let me tell you, it was not fun at the other places. The salesman were pushy, I visited quite a few dealerships before finding Mike Anderson Chevy. Let me tell you, it was not fun at the other places. The salesman were pushy, the finance people acted like they couldn't give me five dollars off per month extra. Give me a break. Then I visited Mike Anderson Chevy. This place is great. The first salesman that talked to us, Ray Kinsch, was very pleasant, cool, and actually cared about getting Me educated about the cars, even if I didn't buy from him. Not your average snake in the grass salesman. He was awesome. He even let us take a brand new 2016 Malibu home for the memorial day weekend. Even though we loved the car and all the options, it wasn't big enough for our growing family, and it was hard to get in and out, for my wife, my baby, and I. If you have a bad back, beware.. Without hesitation, they took it back, and showed us the Chevy Equinox, which we loved after a test drive, and car seat fitting. Rob Dow went above and beyond to get me the price we needed to be at while taking a hit on the deal. These guys genuinely make you feel like you matter, and give you great deals. Both very important things in my book. Some dealers only care about the bottom line,and selling cars is their only concern. Not customer service, but selling.(Phillips Chevy in Frankfort illinois) And after they sell you a car, they forget about you. Not the case at Mike Anderson. They actually talk and treat you like a person, instead of a way to make money. For these reasons, I will definitely be coming back to Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Merrillville. Thank you guys so much. Quick and Painless My girlfriend and I were looking for our first car together. It was nice to deal with staff that cared about what we wanted rather than a salesmen that is out for personal gain. He was also great at helping us decide on a lease. it was something that we had never done and had no understanding of how it worked. Ray helped us break down finance and showed us the benefits of the lease over an outright purchase. All in all 100% satisfied with my experience at Mike Anderson. We will be back! More
