I wasn't sure what vehicle I wished to purchase, but had been following the pricing in the local Post-Tribune. I stopped into Mike Anderson and was greeted nicely. I found this very helpful because he thought of things I hadn't even considered. After several test drives I made my decision. The sales associate has called me multiple times after my purchase to see how things were going. How often does that happen? Well, apparently it happens quite often at Mike Anderson. More
I took my 2007 Chevy HHR in for service because the transmission was shifting hard and then the car would not start. I was charged the $79.95 diagnostic fee and told that the car was low on fuel and th transmission was shifting hard and then the car would not start. I was charged the $79.95 diagnostic fee and told that the car was low on fuel and that was the cause of all of the problems. The check engine light came on immediately after I left the dealership causing me to have to turn around and return to the dealership. After examining the car for the second time in 4 hours I was told that it was the fuel pump. I called GM to find out if there were any recalls on my HHR for this issue and was told that my letting it get low on fuel may have caused the fuel pump to have to work harder and that made it fail. It seems that you have to keep your chevy on a full tank or it will cost you $850.00 for a new fuel pump. More

I was honestly impressed with the attentive service I received. I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I was looking for and Chris Zaug knew exactly how to find it. He was friendly, patient, informative, and seemed very legit, unlike the car salespeople I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships. Chris did everything within his reach to get a hold of the vehicle I wanted. Both Terry (manager) and Chris kept me informed as to when the vehicle would be delivered, Kerry (finance director) even gave me a few pointers as to how to get my finances looking better in 2 years, and once I was ready to drive away with my brand new Camaro, Chris took the time to go over every feature the car had to offer. Talk about attentiveness! I was pleased!!! When you're spending so much money on something, getting this kind of quality attention really makes the whole transaction easier. Very helpful. Went up there for a different year of the same model, but it was sold. Alan found a similar model with more features and a year newer and helped us to match the original price of the older ca same model, but it was sold. My family went to several different dealerships in the area. What made us decide to purchase our vehicles here was our salesman Lawrence Phillips. I called first and talked with Roberto who was pleasant and very informative, that same day I went in and met with Roberto and purchased my vechicle. I gave Roberto an idea of what I was looking for, the monthly price I could afford and I even low balled my expense limits. He immediately was able to tell me what he had, which was a few choices and also told me some he had and why he thought why I may not want to look at others. After looking at what he thought was my best fit, I choose a 2008 Impala, not only was it a great choice but it exceeded my expectations. It was right where I wanted to spend monthly and the car was perfect. He informed me of many features that my car had and also talked about features that I could purchase then or in the future. Never having a car with on star, he had alot of explaining to do, he was patient and had all the answers, he also talked about an extended warranty that would be available that I purchased also. Just a great experience that I never felt pressured or unsure about. A big thank you to Roberto and all the staff at Mike Anderson, they will have all my vehicle business from this point on.
