The experience I had while visiting and buying at Mike Anderson was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Very friendly sales reps and you don't feel as if you are being swarmed by vultures when y Anderson was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Very friendly sales reps and you don't feel as if you are being swarmed by vultures when you get on the lot. They guide you through the process easily, feels as if you are a personal friend that they are taking care of. I would reccomend to anyone to go to them for any vehicle purchase. Through the process it does not feel like they are trying to hide anything from you, they tell you everything that is going on all the way through, and explain everything you could ever ask. All I can say is that this is my new dealership for everything, will definetly go back again when I am ready to buy, trade, and when my vehice needs service. Thanks again for everything. More

I've never seen a dealership with such a big surplus. I drove over two hours and I was not dissappointed. Jeff and Tom both made sure I didn't leave there without a new car. My check engine light was on so I went to have my car serviced here and all they did was top off the oil and deactivated my check engine light and gave my car back to me. 30 mins after I picked it up my serviced here and all they did was top off the oil and deactivated my check engine light and gave my car back to me. 30 mins after I picked it up my check engine light was back on now I have to be without a car AGAIN and they dont have enough rental cars to supply me with one. Very bad experience. Once my car isn't under warrenty I will NOT be taking it here again. More

Alan, listened to what I was asking for, did the research, and made it happen in a professional, and courteous way. I purchased a 2011 HHR in February of this year. While I was very pleased at the time of the sale with the service I received, I have since become thoroughly displeased with the customer service of this dea was very pleased at the time of the sale with the service I received, I have since become thoroughly displeased with the customer service of this dealership. When going through the process of purchasing the car (the test drive, the time with the salesman, and then with the finance person)it was implied that there would be a warranty with the purchase of the car. However, after reviewing the paperwork it seemed that there was no warranty with the purchase of the car. I tried several times to contact the salesman and someone in the finance office to get some clarification on whether or not I had a warranty with the car. But it seemed nobody at the dealership could take a minute or two out of their busy day to call me back. All I needed was a yes or no, but couldn't get it. Had I known they were going to sell me a new car without a warranty I never would have made the purchase. If anybody makes the mistake of walking into this dealership, you better clarify everything before you leave with a car. They may try to put one over on you too. I really hope Mr. Mike Anderson himself reads this and realizes what kind of people he has working for him. I will be letting everyone I know that they sold me a brand new car without a warranty, and then refused to call me back when I tried to find out whether or not there was a warranty. I was a repeat customer, but I will never make the mistake of walking into that dealership again. Poor customer service. More
