I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered if I could find a dealer / service center that treated me as well as Saturn had. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mike Anderson not only equalled but has surpassed my experience with Saturn. The salesman at Mike Anderson, Paul Ong, did a great job making the buying of my new Malibu a great experience. The Service Department has been over-the-top professional and friendly. I went to 4 dealerships total the day I purchased my car from Mike Anderson. Nobody could even come close to your price! Not to mention when I was at the other dealerships I was not treated well, they sor from Mike Anderson. Nobody could even come close to your price! I saved the best for last and went to see Joe (who has sold my friends & family around 10 cars total) and I told him my price range and after a bunch of test drives we found the right one at the exact price I wanted to spend. He even does follow up calls to see how you are liking your car and if he can help with anything else which is a nice touch. We have been buying cars from Mike Anderson Chevy when they were Bob Anderson Pontiac and will continue to do so for years to come. Also, the finance woman in the used car department is so sweet. She explains everything very well and does not rush you in any way when you are making such an important purchase. She needs a new printer though, that thing is prehistoric :) More
