Yesterday we pulled in to Mike Anderson Chevrolet interested in trading our 2008 Accord for the Chevy Equinox. LP worked tirelessly with us once we decided on the model we wanted to effect a deal. His professionalism and attention to every detail of the transaction left both Mary and myself absolutely impressed. Being at the dealership for quite some time, we found every single employee we spoke with courteous, professional, and a credit to there profession. Delays were encountered due to fax issues with our financial institution that were no fault of the dealership, yet Lawrence tended to every concern and convenience in our regard. Bill, the finance manager, and Patrick and Earnie in service were a pleasure to deal with as well. I am actually going into Mike Anderson Chevy today for the 1st time to discuss my options on buying a new car. So far the interaction I have had with Jen and Sandra over the phone has been great. Im a single mother so its very important to get a vehicle that is nice, dependable, and within my budget. I have had some bad luck in the past, the vehicle I have now I bought 4 years ago and it has no heat or power steering. Not fun to drive in the winter, lol!! First I was interested in getting price quotes online rather than spending time traveling to various dealerships. From past experience most dealerships send an E:mail back requesting you to call for an appointment with little information. Sandra gave me the information that I requested. On review of the price I called and arranged for a face to face with a sales consultant, giving the date that I planned to visit. No exact time specified. On arrival Kerry greeted me at the information desk and arranged the test drive for my selected vehicle. She answered my questions and we took the truck out for a spin. I liked the vehicle and informed Kerry that I would have to trade in my S10 to make room for a new vehicle. After discussing my trade, which I had a predetermined price in mind, I was introduced to Tom, who re-examined my vehicle and came extremly close to my asking price. A deal I could not refuse. The whole process took very little of my time, with no pressure and I am extremly satisfyed with the dealership and all those involved in the sales process. More

The way this dealership is run is much more different thatn any other we have frequented. They are no pressure, friendly and much more competitive in price. All of the staff is friendly and makes you feel like family not a customer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mike Anderson and I will never go anywhere else! Lawrence met us in the parking lot, was on his way to walk us back to parts when my husband mentioned something about trading in our car for a SUV. By the end of the day we walked out with an Equinox that had less miles then the car and room for all of us and our 95 pound Lab! Lawrence went above and beyond to give us a great Christmas present that still fit in our budget! I think we spent the entire day with him! He was super nice and very patient and great with our 3 boys who were very very patient with the process! All in all, great experience with Lawrence and Tammy in Finance! This was not the first chevy we bought from Mike Anderson of Merrillville, In. I also own a 2008 Chevy Impala which we bought there - which my grandaught uses for college. After my father died I received his car and I decided I wanted to trade in the car for a new one and I wanted a Chevy so I went to Mike Anderson in Indiana. From the time I walk in to the dealership I knew I made the right decision. Everyone says hi and smiles. I am a widow and have never done this before, my husband always handled buying our cars so I was very nervous. Well (I did have my son-in-law with me)we met Aaron and he was great - he explained everything about the cars I was looking at (Cruise, Malabu and Impala all 2012) in detail. He had me take the Cruise out first, because I thought that was what I wanted, for a test drive - I just felt it was not the one for me so Aaron brought around the Malabu and we took it out for a driver and I fell in love with this car. We sat down and came out with a great deal for me and I bought the 2012 Malabu. I went in and did all the paperwork and it was explained to me in detail and took very little time. After all was done Aaron took my son in law and myself all through the dealership and explained all the different departments. I cannot tell you how much I actually enjoyed buying this car. Aaron was a WONDERFUL salesman, all the people were very nice and the dealership is wonderful.
