Finance Department will lie to you. I visited them on Monday and was told they were pulling my credit report from Equifax well after them telling me we couldn't work a deal with where I wanted to be paym Monday and was told they were pulling my credit report from Equifax well after them telling me we couldn't work a deal with where I wanted to be payment wise I left. Later I checked my email and was informed that they actually used Transunion even after explicitly being told by the finance director they would use Equifax. Kudos to my credit alerts for letting me know that they will use deception to make more money. I left a review on their Facebook page yet it never made it for others to see. Magically erased so it only shows good reviews. They won't have to worry about getting my business or any referrals because it won't happen. More

We spoke to a sales person for the purchase of a new car. We agreed on the price, cash. When we arrived they changed the price to a higher price. When we insisted, after much stress, they finally agreed & We agreed on the price, cash. When we arrived they changed the price to a higher price. When we insisted, after much stress, they finally agreed & we signed the papers. It took them 4 hours of us waiting for us to give them the money. Every person who was there to do business with credit, took a priority over us. We would NEVER recommend them, and we will never be back. BYE BYE MIKE ANDERSON, WE WILL BE BUYING MANY MORE CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE. ? More

We were in there this evening and watched how horrible a salesman and manager treated a woman and her handicapped spouse once they decided not to purchase at that moment. Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed and what price we wanted to pay. He only called when he had what he thought we would like. It took two times and we met out new, used car.
