First time car buyer I had pretty much given up on buying a car. My mother had bought be a Hyundai so I wanted to trade it in for a newer car since it had over 100,000 mil I had pretty much given up on buying a car. I went to a Hyundai dealership because I really like their cars and I know how dependable they are. The hyundai salesman was very rude and seemed rushed. He didn't want to even sit with me to try and work out financing. The next day my mom talked me into going to the chevy dealership and I could not have been happier. Lawrence Phillips really helped me out and really worked with me. He understood how first time car buying can be hard and overwhelming. He made it so easy and it wasn't stressful at all. Of course I couldn't of walked out without the help of Bill Larson in financing. He really worked with me and had patience with me. I left there with the biggest smile and the greatest feeling. I would recommend this dealership and Lawrence Phillips. Such great staff. More

I love my Chevy vehicle! I leased a 2015 Chevy Cruze last month and I love it. Service I have two 2015 Chevy Coilorado's for my fleet vehicles. One had a problem and I had previously taken it to another GM dealer to have it fixed. After I have two 2015 Chevy Coilorado's for my fleet vehicles. One had a problem and I had previously taken it to another GM dealer to have it fixed. After them not finding the problem, I selected Mike Anderson'. Jim Belansky was very helpful from the beginning. Seems the failed part was hard to find. He and his team scoured the nation to find a replacement. Jim kept me informed daily on the status of my vehicle. When I arrived at the center, all the employee's were very friendy. Crappy Service I took my 2010 Impala yesterday for a 1 pm appointment to service the traction control and the stabilitrak. They told me they would call around 2 pm w I took my 2010 Impala yesterday for a 1 pm appointment to service the traction control and the stabilitrak. They told me they would call around 2 pm with the diagnostic report but they did not even look at my car until 4:30 pm. They did not have a rental for me to use since they would be holding my car over night. The next morning i received a call around 8:40 am saying they were working on my can and it would be ready within the hour. Well an hour came and went with not call, then around 3:30 pm they called saying my car was done. When i went to pick up my car they did not remove the diagnostic charge so I had to wait about 30 min. for them to fix the paper work, and when i looked at the bill the labor alone was $500 for some thing what was supposed to take no more that 2 hours at the most. Rest assured I will never take my car to these "people" again. More
