The lady was very slow at walking, Larry held her purse and her arm and kindly helped her into the car while the 2 other staff members helped get her situated in the car. Once she was situated the other staff member gave her her coffee. It was the nicest thing I have seen in quite some time. The employees deserve positive attention for being so courteous.
