I purchased a car with Mike Anderson in May of 2021. I thought I had an overall great experience until my car was totaled this summer. My issues began when my insurance told me that they sent me gap insur thought I had an overall great experience until my car was totaled this summer. My issues began when my insurance told me that they sent me gap insurance refund to Mike Anderson’s instead of me. I’ve been trying to get my gap insurance refund since august. I’ve talked to Logan who promised that my check would be distributed but it was not. My paperwork does not match whatever records they have. 2 days ago I wrote a bad review on Mike Anderson’s and the general manager (Andrew) called and said if I took down my review they would cut me a check by the end of the day. I did remove the review and now they general manger has been avoiding my calls. I would not recommend that you purchase your vehicle with these people and if you do, do not get gap coverage thru them. More

I took our 5 year old Chevy in to be serviced. We were having issues with Stabilitrak (break pedal activating when driving causing the car to jerk) in addition to filling the power steering fluid. Paid having issues with Stabilitrak (break pedal activating when driving causing the car to jerk) in addition to filling the power steering fluid. Paid over $300 to investigate the problem. Got a call back that the Stabilitak was caused by dirt under the car (which is interesting since we had the exact same problem a year ago) and not the brake. A month later the problem is still happening and is triggered during longer trips. Then they told me we need to replace the power steering fluid pump. The cost? $3,000. That's completely insane. I declined, got the car home put a bottle of power steering fluid in. Problem solved. So basically both problems weren't fixed, we paid over $300 and they tried getting another $3,000 from us. Completely insane. We were going to look into a trade in for a newer model. Chevy has lost our business. More
Great place to buy a car... but do not have it serviced here. Long story short had warranty work done 3 trips 2 loaners and one defective part later i now have rear damage on my bumper and tail light and t here.
