Awesome! Excellent! Friendly This is my second time purchasing from Mike Anderson. needs help with customer service!! I bought a new 2015 Chevy malibu & while I was waiting I had a question so I asked mr john stone my question & he looked at me like I was speaking ano I bought a new 2015 Chevy malibu & while I was waiting I had a question so I asked mr john stone my question & he looked at me like I was speaking another language shrugged his shoulders & told me he doesn't know go ask someone else... Love chevy I went in not knowing what I wanted but I know I wanted a new vehicle Ruben was very patient with me. Bad dealer I came in to this dealer to try to purchase a camaro. I was told I did not have enough credit to buy the car I wanted therefore I decided to go for so I came in to this dealer to try to purchase a camaro. I was told I did not have enough credit to buy the car I wanted therefore I decided to go for something smaller. Once I decided to get a different car I was getting everything ready paper work etc etc. they gave me the keys for the car at the I was told I didn't qualify for that car either so they picked a car for me and it just a waste of time. All they care about is just to sell their cars they don't even explains things to you nor they talk to you straight forward. One way or another they try to screw you over. Bad dealer bad service bad everything. More
