Poor Service I brought my 2006 Jetta in to be looked at as it was experiencing an electrical problem where the window and gas cap would frequently lock up. I was told that they could not replicate the issue while performing a 70,000 mile check and the car checked out fine on all other systems. A week later I received a class action law suit that was being built to sue VW for this electrical issue. The NHSTA had established since April 2011 this was Wiring Harness problem where the electrical wire was made too short and as time goes on degrades and immobilizes the use of the drivers window, opening the gas cap and the trunk. This was inherent in 2005 and 2006 Jetta's. After phoning MAG about this they said they did not know of it but called back 5 minutes later and said there is an extended warranty for this part. I got the Jetta back in which they repair the wiring and found a lot of other issues with the car including a spring, cvboot, horn not working, needed new windshield wipers. When I spoke to the Service Manager and asked what happened during the 70,000 mile check he couldn't explain but rattled on about that they spent significant time vacuuming the filters and running computer checks. He was quite rude and had hung up on me when I began to complain that the wiring issue was neglected and should have been taken care of at the initial visit. I am very disappointed in the service there. More
I had to bring in my car for recall parts. Over the past several years my family has owned 4 Volkswagans. Perhaps the main reason we purchase and drive Volkswagans is because of the outstanding customer service we receive from the Volkswagan Volkswagans. Perhaps the main reason we purchase and drive Volkswagans is because of the outstanding customer service we receive from the Volkswagan service department at Midwestern Auto Group. Bob Cox always takes care of our cars and he always does a superior job. Our appointments are made when convenient for us and Bob always makes sure we understand what service is being done to our car and the cost of the service. We always feel that the pricing is fair and the car is ready when expected and the work done on the car is always done to our satisfaction. Bob truly gives us A+ service every time we have an appointment. As long as Bob Cox continues to work at the Volkswagan service dept we will continue to purchase and drive Volkswagans. I have been driving for many years and I can honestly say that I have never received this type of customer service from any other dealership's service department. Bob has complete knowledge of his car and he is very honest in his work and as a customer this makes me very secure when I bring my car in for service. Thank you Bob and Midwestern Auto Group! More

I have an 02' Passat which I purchased in 05' as a CPO from MAG. Since I purchased my vehicle, I have always had it serviced by MAG. Despite cold winters and long miles, it still runs like the day a CPO from MAG. Since I purchased my vehicle, I have always had it serviced by MAG. Despite cold winters and long miles, it still runs like the day it rolled off the assembly line back in the Deutschland. Its a great vehicle that is very reliable, which also is due to the work that MAG does. Their quality of work, friendliness, customer service, and all of the above are easily deserving of a 5. MAG knows that these are the customer's expectations, so they adopt them as their own expectations. Overall, I am extremely happy with my car and the service from MAG over the last 8 years. More

When I traded my car on a new VW a month or so ago, the gentleman who handles my service saw me and said he hadn't seen my car come in. I explained that I was picking up a new one, and he shook my hand and said that they would take excellent care of it for me. The quality of the purchase and ownership experience make me as loyal to them as they are to me. My most recent service was the 30 day service on my new car, and it was done on time, with the car returned to me in perfect condition with a detailed checklist of what was performed and checked. I highly recommend MAG for an excellent ownership experience. More

Bob is by far the best service rep we've every had. He get's it and is extremely knowledgable on all our vehicle servicing needs. Hence, I just passed the 150K mark on my Passat TDI with no issues.
