Terrible Experience! AVOID this place They will rip you off at every opportunity. I sincerely believe they only exist to defraud consumers. So outrageous it’s hard to put into the review. Terribly unethical heartless service. I’m convinced they only want to deepen their pockets at their clients expense. The most horrific service experience I have had in my 57 year life!! We will never use this organization again - I recommend strongly that you avoid the sales and service at MAG. Please don’t be a victim here. More

No one will return your calls or emails if you have an issue with paying too much for them NOT to fix the problem! Finally took my car to Dandini's in Westerville. REPAIRED everything for MUCH MUCH less! They're super nice..and they actually care about their work and customer service. My full review is on Google. Then calls and explains a new lock will be $423 so for a total of $543 it can be repaired. On multiple websites is has been noted that 2009 Jettas have rear door locking issues . I will never take my Jetta to Mag dealership a again . More

I've taken their shuttle service right to my work for before, but most recently I didn't even have to. I made a 3:30pm appt online but was dropping the car off on the a.m., They quickly got my car in to diagnose the check engine light, and determined it was a recall item (exhaust flap) then they said if I wanted to wait they could fix the car right away. By 9:30 a.m. I was on my way to work with my repaired car, 6 hours prior to my actual appointment. Being a car guy.... It's also nice to browse all the high end cars there, Porsche, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and others... That makes the wait much more enjoyable. More

It has served me well, but it's at the point where I have to decide how much money to put in it when major service is needed. Frank C did a superb job of gathering data on all the options, helping me with the cost-benefit thinking, providing his expert advice, and introducing me to the man who was actually working on the car so we could a clear understanding on a couple of issues. We ended up with a perfect compromise that was several hundred dollars less than the most expensive option. They did a superb job, and the car runs and handles like new. Such expertise and commitment of time are rare in today's service shops, and getting to talk to the mechanic is nearly impossible, even when necessary for an accurate assessment. I'm 5-star happy, and I highly recommend MAG's VW service. More
