She narrowed down my options and had me test drive two vehicles that were everything that I was looking for. Agressive and Rude Sales Manager - VW After having almost 10 years of previous pleasant experiences with the dealer, they have finally hit the bottom. The VW sales manager has no customer After having almost 10 years of previous pleasant experiences with the dealer, they have finally hit the bottom. The VW sales manager has no customer service skill when it comes to speaking to women. He was very condescending and rude, and I could not make a single point without him speaking over me. This is not how you treat loyal repeat customers, whether male or female. I still love the brand, just not the dealership. I question upper management's ability to place a person in a critical customer service sales position just because he has been with the company for several years. A new hire with solid customer service skills is a far better choice than the "good old boys" being promoted. Hopefully MAG learns from this. More

Very Happy with the whole experience I recently purchased a new vehicle from MAG VW. Initially I was undecided about the class of vehicle that I wanted to purchase. After a test drive w I recently purchased a new vehicle from MAG VW. Initially I was undecided about the class of vehicle that I wanted to purchase. After a test drive with Blake Hollaway, I was very impressed with his overall vehicle knowledge. I had been on several test drives at many different dealers, and nobody, knew their respective cars like Blake. The haggling was really hastle free and I think we both ended up with a good deal. I am very happy with the vehicle and I would highly recommend anyone going to MAG VW request Blake to be their sales person. He was respectful, knowledgable, low pressure and conversational. My previous experiences at car dealerships included being literally "attacked" upon exiting my vehicle. I like that Blake was very easy going. Low pressure, high information. Blake and John gave me all the numbers I needed to make my decision. My husband and I returned when the dealership was a bit busy so not only did Blake help us but so did Jared. They walked us over to finance. They offered us refreshments and waited with us as well as kept up informed of where we were in the process. Jared was so kind as to drive my new car over to finance to pick us up and showed me how to set up my Bluetooth and additional car features. I highly recommend MAG VW. Not only is the dealership great but so are the employees and the cars!! More

No one will return your calls or emails if you have an issue with paying too much for them NOT to fix the problem! Finally took my car to Dandini's in Westerville. REPAIRED everything for MUCH MUCH less! They're super nice..and they actually care about their work and customer service. My full review is on Google. They left a DEFAULT response, yet never, ever called me! More
