My wife and I started shopping for cars with our two little kids, and Todd had the patience to work with us and was great with our kids, offering coloring books, and other things to entertain them. We got to each do separate test drives while the other parent stayed with the kids. It was very informative but low pressure. Once we decided on a vehicle we wanted, Todd was able to locate the exact make/model/color that we wanted and get it for us before the Oct. 31st deadline to meet the monthly deals. We wound up having to pickup the car and do paperwork on halloween night, and Todd and the finance team were great in expediting everything so we could get back for halloween. I felt like I could trust them throughout the process, and they worked in an honest manner. Todd was also great at communicating throughout the process. Some of it had to be done on email or text while i was working, and he was quick to respond and able to do a lot of info through text and email which was nice. We will definitely go back again in the future. More

He was very knowledgeable about the cars and SUPER friendly and enjoyable to talk to. He stayed late for me Thursday evening considering I have to work long work hours. Worst experience ever I was just looking at the VW Atlas and took it on a test drive. Following the drive, Max said - and I quote - "are you buying a car today?" and I said I was just looking at the VW Atlas and took it on a test drive. Following the drive, Max said - and I quote - "are you buying a car today?" and I said no, I would never buy a car without my family's input and I was just looking. He said "I don't want to waste my time with you then". I was shocked . He was so condescending; I doubt he would have talked that way to a man. I have never had that kind of experience with any salesperson. It was so unbelievably rude that I felt the need to tell Max's manager that I would NEVER buy a vehicle from MAG. In fact, I wouldn't even be back looking. I went to Byers and they were far better. More
