Got our 2019 Toyota Highlander in and serviced in a timely manner. Completed the oil change and rotated the tires. My experience was okay. I got the exact car I wanted. I got mostly the price I wanted (MSRP). Just some hiccups here and there. When making my deposit and down payment, I got the exact car I wanted. I got mostly the price I wanted (MSRP). Just some hiccups here and there. When making my deposit and down payment, there was zero mention of a fee for using a credit card instead of other methods. There was a $500 markup (admin fee) that they refused to waive. They also force you to purchase a ceramic coating ($388). They advertise a completely online purchase, but required me to complete paperwork in person. They had months while I was waiting for my car to be built to schedule a time for this, yet waited until a few days before my car arrived to spring it on me. As it turned out, this was just so they could do a hard sell on the extended warranties. The guy really wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. They also didn't send any info in advance, so that I could make an informed decision, so I just went ahead with it. Then, when I found out it was a poor deal, it took FOUR followups for me to get the warranty cancelled. More
