fast and friendly I was able to leave my vehicle and was given a ride to my job, and when car was ready they brought it to my work place, I have going to Midwest to ha I was able to leave my vehicle and was given a ride to my job, and when car was ready they brought it to my work place, I have going to Midwest to have my car serviced since I bought my car their, I also get a coupons in the mail for my oil change, which is a great savings. I recommend Midwest, great people. More

Unfriendly people and hidden chsrges! Jim turner should not be working with the public! You have hidden charges that i feel are ridiculous. I have to pay for a shuttle i don't use. Frustrated I found a transmission leak on my truck and made an appointment with Jaime for 04/20/2017. I initially didn't have any issues. Jaime politely told me I found a transmission leak on my truck and made an appointment with Jaime for 04/20/2017. I initially didn't have any issues. Jaime politely told me the first appointment was a diagnostic check only, not the repair. I was told the parts had been ordered and would be in on 04/21/2017. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to get my truck in for repair until 04/25/2017. The repair was covered under warranty. I dropped my truck off at the dealership on 04/25/2017 at 0630 AM. I didn't receive a phone call from anyone all morning, so I called around noon to check on my truck's status. Jaime told me the service technician wouldn't be able to get to my truck, so I would have to reschedule. The reasoning I was provided was the repair would take an extended amount of time. This didn't make any sense because I scheduled the repair five days prior. The service technician also should have known well beforehand that he wasn't going to get to my truck on the scheduled day. Jaime told me she didn't have any control over which vehicles the service technician repaired first. She then told me she would have to speak to her manager, "Elijah" about the situation. I didn't receive a call back until about 2 PM. Jaime told me the plan had changed and my truck would be repaired that day. At approximately 3:30 PM, I received a phone call that my truck had been repaired. Needless to say, I was frustrated over the entire incident and most likely won't be returning to the dealership for any future transactions. I want to clarify that Jaime was very polite and professional. More
