Bought my vehicle September 22,2022 So here’s the deal I bought my beautiful truck from Kia which would be my 5t not but, I was on here in before. Bought my vehicle September 22,2022 So here’s the deal I bought my beautiful truck from Kia which would be my 5th vehicle purchased at their place. Now the dealer people were nice, but my truck is another situation. My truck on the 3rd day after buying it sept 25th, was in a nursing home parade with residents riding. While in the nursing home parade my truck started smoking bad enough that people wanted me out of the parade and moved barriers to let me out. This meant the 98 year old resident along with the other resident didn’t get to go through the rest of the parade and were upset with me about it. So KIA takes my truck back and runs several studies on it and says they never found anything after a couple of days. Not sure if they found anything wrong with it and fixed it, I just know what they told me about not figuring out anything. Now they did provide me with a vehicle until I had to call to find out if the truck was ready or not. When I called they told me it had been ready since yesterday, so I told them I hadn’t received a call and I picked my truck up. I took my truck and had no problems for a few weeks. Then I’m dropping my son off at school and the truck starts to give me and inclinement issue alarm. So I take it back to KIA and talk to the service manager who was really nice and told me he found nothing wrong with the truck. Several weeks later the same error comes up I contact KIA and I am told to take it to a FORD dealership to have it looked at because it’s out of the 30 warranty. Which feels to me like they pushed the issue away like nothing was wrong until the 30 return policy was out of date. Well the episodes started coming more frequently and now it’s broke down in OKC and currently at the FORD dealership there. I had drove to Texas for my grandpa’s funeral and was on my way back from his burial when it just stopped running in the middle of 75-80 mph traffic. The mechanic from the FORD dealership calls me today and tells me the motor is blown. Now my truck has been treated like a queen with oil change and tire rotation already done on it. It had apx 118,00O miles on it when I bought it and now it has 131,000 miles on it. I call the KIA manager and leave a message for him to call back that was around 1130am and now it’s 1530pm without any phone call received. So I ponder after I’m stuck with a truck payment, no ride, no way to take my children to school or pick them up, and no way to get a rental. How am I supposed to get to work to take care of my residents (family) so that I can pay for my broke down truck from KIA that I bought in Sept 2022 which has had constant problems since I bought it. Now I’ve been a nurse for almost 17 years and currently work in a long term care facility where we take care of our residents like family. I love my truck, so I treat her like a queen, but now I’m alone without her and without a way to get to work!! What do I do from here because apparently KIA doesn’t care about the situation. More
xxxxx, aggressive sales tactics. They will take away your car keys and license plates so you can't leave. They will gang up on you to intimidate you. Chuck the service manager was very rude, unprofessional, and was making assumptions toward me. I was asking for him to explain what I was being charged for. He then said” just take your car and don’t ever b and was making assumptions toward me. I was asking for him to explain what I was being charged for. He then said” just take your car and don’t ever bring it back!” I’ve already spent over $700 with them still not fixing the car. I don’t recommend going to Midwest Kia!! I will take it somewhere else!!! More
I just brought a Nissan Pathfinder from them. Haven't even had the car 2 months before my transmission started going out. The also said I drove it almost 3000 miles in that time frame which was a lie I h even had the car 2 months before my transmission started going out. So they scammed me out of almost $14,000 and as a single mom of three kids and now no viechele I can't do anything with my kids More
Brittany in the service department has no communication skills and is extremely rude. I would never have such a person representing my company! Chuck and blonde chick got me in today due to screw in my tire,doing oil change also! Awesome service! I was suppose to go in this mon,but a screw in my tire was more important. This dealer ship is awesome everyone is very helpful I specifically death with Zachary Carter as a sales person whom was not only not trying to upsell me after what I told him I could afford but was even specifically death with Zachary Carter as a sales person whom was not only not trying to upsell me after what I told him I could afford but was even willing to get a car from a different dealership so he could help me with it. It was exactly priced right and within five minutes after driving it I had a deal that I could afford exactly like I told him he took care of everything with zero game, pressure, or stress. I didn't even have to try to negotiate. and the Finance person was as easily cooperative and they helped me out a lot with no trouble at all I'd highly recommend this particular sales person and considering I've bought at least 8 cars in my life I hope thats meaningful. More
The service rep was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Service on the vehicle was good and on time. The vacuuming of the interior and the wash job was not very good. New experience with a car sale I've never had a female carsales person and my experience was excellent. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I was able to test drive several vehicles. I even got to take one car for the day and let my husband look at. Kristie was personable and knowledgeable. I was able to negotiate a couple of times and was in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time. More
